"Waterbird" examined the two buildings of our 4 unit condo, gave me a list of problems (in addition to painting the exterior), gave me estimates, and spoke to all unit owners about what needed to be done. They then proceeded to do all necessary repairs and painted the exterior. This included repairing a sagging corner of the deck, replacing a deck railing, adding a privacy screen, replacing a worn out fire door, rebuilding and repairing a perimeter fence and more.
The work was performed efficiently and professionally. They were here working everyday until the work was completed. All the men involved took great pride in their work and did an outstanding job. I do not have a single complaint. It doesn't get any better.
The final cost was actiually lower than the original estimate and
I got more than my money's worth. I chose this contractor based on their reputation in the community. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they would. I don't think you can go wrong using "Waterbird Industries." Keep doing what you're doing - Great Job!

Ceiling drywall repairs, pressure washed house and repaired carpet.
All work, estimates, and communication were done in a timely fashion. Prices are great. Work was also inspected by owner afterwards and followed up with a phone call or email. Job well done!

Description Of Work:
Repaired leak around window. Sealed gaps in outside siding, repaired inside drywall, applied stain sealant and re-pointed brickwork.
Contractor made trip to check what needed to be done, then proposed estimate, and notified us prior to coming to do the job. Once the job was completed, the final invoice was emailed to the house. We were told what they would do, and they worked steadily through to completion. Great job !

Construct a wooden rack to hold two 10' foot kayak's and install on the beach adjacent to our condo.
Although a relatively small carpentry job, I was treated as though I was a major client. The item constructed is well made, professional quality, delivered when promised and within price estimates. Job well done!

Replace front porch wooden railings and posts with vinyl railings and posts.
This was one in a series of construction projects completed at my home by Waterbird Industries over the past 3 1/2 years.. Their work is superb and prices are very reasonable. Bland and Gerrit provided several options for us to consider in replacing our porch.. I had tired of painting it every year and replacing the wood every 3 to 5 years. The new look is unbelievable! Our neighbors are complementing us on the style and how inviting it now looks. One thing about Waterbird Industries that I have come to know - they always treat customers like family or personal friends.

Remove & installed rear sliding door. Painted and then repaired some roof tiles.
Excellent service, responsive, polite, honest, clean and professional. Installed & filled in the door & returned one week later to paint.
